Return & Refund Policy – SantiagoClub 

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you have any concerns about your order, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the item, under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:
 • The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
 • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was received.
 • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Refund Process:
 • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
 • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. 

 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
