We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions.
Return & Exchange Conditions The request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned in their original condition.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.
